Stacy McNeiland can definitely plan, deliver and resolve. As an organizational manager, Stacy McNeiland is an expert when in comes to anything that involves management and conceptualization. She is the current Executive Director for Community Outreach Management and Development at the University of Central Oklahoma or UCO. She is the brains behind the university’s many growth and policy development projects. The successes of her projects come from her careful watch over the strict implementation of the plans made. She is considered to be an authority in policy development in the institution.

Stacy McNeiland has more than 50 especially trained employees in her team. She is also behind the drastic increase in the number of alumni association members, which tallied up to 1,500 members in four years. This increase was brought about by a program she herself designed and launched. With her direction, the University of Central Oklahoma fortified its organizational structure. The university’s alumni association was also strengthened, thanks to her skillful management of the association’s budget which amounted to over $1 million.
